Calder Hattan

Calder Hattan works with buyers throughout Central Oregon, based out of High Desert Realty in Bend, Oregon. He has two years of experience in real estate and focuses his work on representing buyers through negotiation, diligence, and closing.

Before real estate, Hattan worked in landscape construction, work that shaped how he approaches client representation: full attention to detail and no shortcuts, whether reviewing contract terms or coordinating inspections.

Hattan lives on the southwest side of Bend with his wife and four children and is familiar with the region firsthand, from winter snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo to summer kayaking and floating the Deschutes River. He also coaches baseball locally.
